2. Eligibility

By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our events, ceremonies, and programs are intended for adults.

3. Products & Orders

Ceremonial Cacao Products

Our cacao products are sold as food/consumable products and are intended for ceremonial, spiritual, and personal wellness use. By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed any relevant health considerations and that the product is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Cacao contains naturally occurring stimulants including theobromine and caffeine. If you have heart conditions, are pregnant, are taking antidepressants (particularly MAOIs), or have any other medical concern, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming cacao.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cacao Wisdom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at cacaowisdom.com/policies/refund-policy.

4. Events, Workshops & Ceremonies

Online Events

By registering for an online workshop, ceremony, or multi-day virtual event, you agree that access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise. You may not record, share, distribute, or reproduce any content from our online events without our prior written consent.

In-Person Events

Attendance at in-person workshops and ceremonies is at your own risk. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in alignment with the sacred nature of the space. Cacao Wisdom reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if their conduct disrupts the experience or safety of others.

Retreats

Retreat registrations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. By registering, you acknowledge that retreat programming, locations, facilitators, and schedules are subject to change. In the rare event that Cacao Wisdom must cancel a retreat, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.

5. Cacao Facilitator Training

The Cacao Facilitator Training program is an immersive educational offering. Enrollment constitutes a binding commitment and all sales are final. Completion of the training does not confer a license, certification, or professional credential recognized by any regulatory body. You are solely responsible for how you apply the knowledge and practices shared within the program.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The information, products, and services offered by Cacao Wisdom are intended for educational, spiritual, and personal wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Ceremonial cacao is a powerful plant medicine. You are solely responsible for determining whether it is appropriate for your health and circumstances. Cacao Wisdom is not liable for any adverse reactions, health complications, or injuries resulting from consumption of our products or participation in our events or programs.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a pre-existing health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming cacao or participating in our programs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cacaowisdom.com — including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, course materials, and workshop content — is the property of Cacao Wisdom, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission.

By using our website and participating in our community, you agree not to:
