Refund policy

Physical Products — No returns on cacao (food safety). Damaged or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Digital Products & Online Workshops — All sales final, no exceptions. Includes booklets, online ceremonies, and virtual workshops.

Retreats — Deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balance refunded if cancelled 30+ days out; within 30 days, no refund but credit or transfer may be offered.

In-Person Workshops & Ceremonies — All sales final. Transfers may be accommodated at Cacao Wisdom, LLC's discretion.

Cacao Facilitator Training — No refunds once enrolled.
